During the initial 60 minute visit, I will gather a thorough medical and psychiatric history, and focus on what issues need to be addressed. Subsequent sessions are up to 45 minutes long.
Yes. My sessions can also be used as therapy sessions, which is why they are 45 minutes long. If you have your own therapist, there is no need to use the entire time, but it is available to you.
Yes. However, I do not prescribe any psychedelic medications (i.e. ketamine, psilocybin, MDMA), but I do provide pre- and post- integration therapy.
Usually once a month, but it can be more frequent if you are seeking therapy as well. For those who are stable on their medication and have their own therapist, appointments can be made quarterly.
I do not accept insurance, but I am happy to provide you an invoice for out-of-network benefits. Please inquire for fees.
